How do I place an order?

All our products can be purchased online using our shopping cart. Once you placed an order, we will contact you with 1-2 days for postage or delivery. 

Can BikeCyCle deliver the products to me?

Yes. Delivery is free for purchase of S$120 and above. Otherwise, a postage or delivery fee is required depending on item size and total purchase amount. Postage and delivery options will be shown during checkout. 

Can my purchases be posted to me (within Singapore)?

Of course. For non-bulky items like accessories, we can arrange for normal postage or registered postage.

Registered postage: An additional S$2.50. (2-3 business days). Registered postage is encouraged as we are not responsible for missing items.

Note: Some items like luggage racks and bags are bulky. You can pick them up from our office or we will deliver for free if total purchase amount is S$120 or more. Postage and delivery options will be shown during checkout. A fee of $5 is chargeable for installation of luggage racks. 

Is there free delivery (within Singapore) for small items?

Yes. We offer free postage for small items like the phone cases, seat bags, top tube bags etc. 

How long do I have to wait to get my bike/products and what is the delivery cost? 

We deliver at least once a week and will contact you to arrange a time and place. Delivery charge of S$10 apply for purchase amount less than S$120.

Where can I view the products?

You can make an appointment to visit our office at Blk 33, Sin Ming Drive, #01-361. Do contact us by email: info@bikecycle-asia.com or leave us a message on Facebook to arrange. 

How do I know if the products (Bike Luggage Carriers, Accessories) fit my bike?

Pls feel free to contact us to check before placing your orders. Alternatively, you can come to our office to view the products.

 

What is the return policy?

We have a 7 days refund policy. Pls refer to the Returns and Warranty page.

What are the payment methods available?

We accept Cash-on-Delivery (COD), bank transfer or Paypal.

Can I pay by cheque?

Sorry. We currently DO NOT accept cheque payment.

Can I pay by credit card?

Sorry, we are unable to accept credit card payment for now. However, we do accept Paypal payment, and administration charges applies. 

When will delivery take place?

For Self-collection, your purchase will be ready for collection once you receive a notification of collection email from us.

For Cash on delivery (COD) option, we will contact you to arrange for delivery of your purchase within 7 days. 

For Bank Transfer, the product will be delivered within 7 days after your full payment is received.

Can I purchase from countries outside Singapore and Vietnam?

Yes of course. We will advise you on the shipping and administration fees (for Paypal), shipping duration, and let you decide before accepting your payment.

Do you deliver/ship Overseas?

Yes. We have an office in Ho Chi Minh City. Pls email us: info@bikecycle-asia.com or leave us a message on Facebook to arrange. 

For other countries/cities besides Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City, we will contact you to advise on the shipping fee and any administration charges for Paypal payment.

  

Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City)

Are BikeCyCle's products available in Vietnam?

Yes. Please refer to Products (Vietnam) to view the products available in Ho Chi Minh City. 

Does BikeCyCle deliver it's products in Ho Chi Minh City

Yes. We will deliver in Ho Chi Minh City for free in District 1, 3, 5, Binh Thanh, Phu Nhuan. For other Districts, a fee of VND100,000 or equivalent applies. Delivery will take place within 7 days from confirmation of order.

What are the payment methods available in Vietnam?

We accept bank transfer or Cash-on-Delivery (COD) in Vietnam.
